    got home and my fowler tang was laying on the bottom of the tank with my clown trigger pecking at him....fowlere is about 8 inches and clown trigger is like 3...

    i have a 29 biocube and i put my trigger in it.

    how fast can a seriusly qt be set up if i used sand and rock from my main tank?

    If you just setup a qt than I wouldn't put any sand in it.Maybe a piece of rock.Not much at all.

    well don't cycle if theres no time; you'd have to do water changes daily to get rid of ammonia

    You shouldn't have to cycle a qt much at all if you use water and a bit of rock from your DT.

    Small WC should work. Don't want to do a large WC that will stress the fish,

    im just so confused...idk what to do and im stressing...i also have a lionfish, angle, lunar wrasse, tusk wrasse, and sailfin tang..... im thinking about bringing them up to the local fish store and see if they can house them for a while...alomost all of the fish also have ich and some sort of fin rotting....

    yes i had alot of nitrates a while back and yesterday i installed a vertex uh 20 rector.
