The only thing I have in my tank are three neon gobies. They just got ICK. I have not seen them try to clean each other but I know that they are cleaner fish. Will they eventually? These are small fish, will a cleaner shrimp clean small fish? Will the small fish even use the cleaner shrimp? Help someone advise.

The only fish I have in the tank are 3 neon gobies and a Mandarin Goby.

First thing you need to do is try to determine how they got Ich. Did you recently do a water change? Add a new fish?
I'm not sure if neon gobies are in fact cleaner fish. I never knew that. But in any case, Some cleaner fish get used to eating prepared foods and not parasites so that could be why.
Try upping their diet with garlic enriched foods and vitamins.

A cleaner shrimp IMO won't help a whole lot. Try a cleaner wrasse if you want to go down that route.
