    how are you supposed to use the lighting.
    during the day are you supposed to have the atinics on also or just the day time bulbs?

    actinics and daytime bulbs on during the day..nothing at night.

    if you want to you can have the actinics come on an hour before the daylights and stay on an hour after the daylights..it doesn't really do anything..but it gives you a sunrise/sunset effect...some people dig it
