help mature tank w fish/new sand

    hello my cube is about a year old and i added new sand today hoping it wouldnt cloud up because i have about 5 fish in there and now it is very very cloudy will my fish be okay??? should i mix it in with my old substrate? pls help

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Your fish will most likely be just fine.

    I have added new sand to an existing tank with the same results, fish fared fine, sometimes corals had an issue.

    Running some mechanical filtration like sock, sponge or floss and expedite the clearing of the water.
