    Hey all, I need help identifying this fish. It looks like some type of grouper/bass to me, but I couldn't find any pics online matching him. Any help is appreciated.

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    It looks a lot like an Oriental Sweetlips, but not quite.

    I didn't buy it. He's in a tank I'm taking over. I'll probably make arrangements to put him in a bigger tank at some point. He's in a 66gallon tank right now.

    PM me when you are looking to move it to a bigger tank!! Im in the process of setting up a 220 which should hold him at least for a while. Im in West Chester PA so it s not that far, unless you have someone else close with a large tank.
