    Since it's above your waterline, it's not so critical, but I would do it sometime though. If it were me, I would do it the next time I clean out the pumps in the fuge when the water flow is cut off.
    You can also use #3, which is more watery than compared to #4. #16 is also good, but dries very fast. That is good for bonding areas that are not plum and need "fill-in" work. I hope this helps. :)
