help blue tang with white dots on his eyes

Hello All

i just spotted my blue tang with only 2 white dots 1 on each eye, i thought it was ich like he had couple a month ago, then it was gone sough i got rid of it , now he still looks fine , eating very well and swim nicely ,good behavior but i am worried about these 2 spots...any experience with it from your side ??

 

does it stick out of the eye a little bit? I just had that on my fish 2 days ago. My fish are in QT for ich, on day 25 and doing good. Then this popped up on its eye. All my fish died today. not sure what it was but my fish went down hill fast

ballgame, I am so sorry! I don't have an idea on the dots....I'd leave it be as long as the fish appears healthy otherwise.

If you see stuff on the eye and it's not a mechanical injury google or look up external parasites/or flukes (which is parasite).

Actually yes the dots are almoat gone, fed him with garlic thx for following up
