Hello

Hi All,

Just wanted to give a quick hello and look forward to sharing the experience with you.

I live in Mass and have been reefing for a little over 2 years. I have an Red Sea Max 650 that is a mixed reef, but SPS dominant. I had a major crash last year when a CFL bulb fell and cracked into my sump. I basically had a restart this past October so my tank looks more like a frag tank at the moment.

welcome to the forum! so sorry to hear about the crash - that is not an experience any one wants to deal with. We really like pics on this forum would love to see some of your tank. IMO mixed reefs are probably the hardest to keep

 

Crash was due to my own stupity, but thank you. I'll put up a tank thread at some point. This is a FTS from November after I was back up after a month.

 

Welcome and nice tank!! I love the red sea tanks, almost got one myself. That meat coral is awesome.
