    Welcome to 3Reef.

    Glad to see you found an answer to your heat problem. you also Identified a possible week point in your new tank. I would imagine you can not replace the main pump with a different type because of the way it connects. But you should figure out what caused it to stop and maybe get a spare just in case.
    As for the hermit crab, are you sure it's a hermit? I've never known a hermit to live for more than minutes outside of their shell

    Uh, no I'm not sure, I was told it was a red legg. I can attempt to take a pic of the little bugger. What else could it be? His legs look like a hermit. The rest of him is UGGLLYY.

    Alright, new update on the hermit

    I finally gathered the courage to pick the little bugger up(I don't like things with that many legs) and he's in a shell! It looks like no shell I've ever seen and on top of that its grey with red spots (like his legs). Please don't throw me outta here just nominate me the greenest newbie ever!
