We have frag swaps at our meetings at CTars!!! They are cool and many times you can find that hidden treasure that you have been looking for to add to your reef!

Our local club had their annual frag swap 2 weeks ago. Probably 60 reefers with at least half that bringing frags. We usually post items on the local message board a month in advance so people can work out trades prior to meeting.Their is always plenty for those who just want to buy also. Always a great time.;D Good to see ya posting Matt.

My club holds two auctions a year. No cheaper way to get healthy tank raised coral. The ORA blue tort for $7 was just the tip of the iceberg.

"We sponsor any that ask, and many that didn't but got hunted down by me."

Hey Gresham we got another coming up before Christmas.

    CTars?

Hey, how is it going? The meetings are for members however it is only, I believe, $15.00 for single person and $20.00 for family. My daughter and I decided to do it for some quality time and to keep her interested in the hobby!;D

To add to that, the first meeting is always free. :)

I'll keep an eye open for a meeting in my neck of the woods...did you say you sometimes meet at House of Fins or Reef & Fin?

The club last met at House of Fins in September. I can't remember if we've met at Reef and Fins before but it's possible. Check out the "Meetings" section of the club website for information and pics from past meetings :)
