green chromis problem?

i recently added this green chromis to my 55 gallon reef, i bought 5 of them. i acclimated them for roughly 30 minutes. they are doing perfectly fine, except this one green chromis. it seems to have 2 white bumps definitly not ich and it seems to have a snag missing from its back fins. if there are any problems you found in this picture please inform me. it eats perfectly fine and always schools.
