german blue rams?

    I have just switched my 60 gallon saltwater tank to a freshwater tank.
    i was thinking about getting a pair of german blue rams.
    how can you tell which one is a male and which one is a female?

    Freshwater is not my strong suite, but why did you switch?

    because it was expensive.
    i know freshwater is expensive too but the setup i want doesnt cost that much

    No idea, but that is one cool looking fish. Looks kinda like a Cardinal and a Chromis crossbred.

    i had a german blue, i know you dont want to hear this but i dont know how to sex them haha. they are really great fish though

    The males dorsal fin is longer, the female is less colorful and has a pinkish cast to the belly.

    oh ok then
    i cant wait i just got driftwood and boiled them to get tannis out of them.
    i need more but i like how it looks
