    I got two free packs of it at MACNA 2009 from the Marineland guys. My fish go absolutely crazy for it. I feed the Marine Blend and the Cyclopeeze. I feed it at least twice a week.

    My fish didnt like it but my lps corals love it....win win fish don't bother the coral nd they eat ;)

    I got some free with a salt purchase... my fish love it... I put it on my fingers and smash it up before putting into the tank, otherwise, it stays in a glob... I feed it sparingly...
