Anyone here use fresh garlic with their food? I have a garlic press I use in the kitchen. Can I get fresh garlic cloves and make my own garlic juice?

    Thanks in advance guys/gals ;D

    Thanks Sostoudt!

How much of the fresh garlic juice would you normally soak the food in and is it any better or worse then something like Garlic Extreme?

I would say its much stronger, i didn't do it long enough to get the dosage right. one clove of garlic crushed in 10-20 ml of water is extremely strong if you let it sit for a day.

I would say my fish at the time weren't hugely excited by the home version or store bought supplements.
