what do you guys usually do when you freeze fresh shrimp, or fish for your tanks? I usually put a bit of sea salt on them and then just defrost with warm tap water. Anyone got any secret tactics?

Are you buying a bunch that will last you the whole year or are you just freezing a small amount to last a month.

If it is only supposed to be for 2 or 3 weeks, I just throw them in a ziplock freezer bag. If it's to last longer, you're going to want to fill the ziplock bags with RO/DI water and freeze the shrimp submerged.
