    Ya i have fragged all types of comons like zoas, frogspawn, hammer, torch, and various softies. It is about 5 inches across

    "Open brain" is pretty vague. Some corals which fit that generic name do very poorly when attempted to be fragged.

    Specifically, what coral are you speaking of?

    Either a wellso or a trachy, neither lends well to fragging.

    ok I wont risk it it is a wonderful coral so i would rather keep it alive

    yeah, i wouldnt frag it. That tissue can easily get an infection and wipe out that entire coral
