fragging Turbinaria reniformis,scroll coral

    just wondering if anyone had any advise on fragging a scroll, Turbinaria reniformis. about the size of a volleyball and has very compact , and complex form. i bought it for really cheap because it had some recession, growing out from the middle. some one obviously allowed detrius to collect in the middle. so i purchased it like 2 months ago in hopes of just fraggin the nice parts off. anyone ever frag this coral. help me out if ya got any sugg.

    Just snap pieces off if you can. If not, do you have a Dremel?

    is that like the small circular saw, hmm nope, what about some electrical dykes( like heavy duty snips) or you think they would crush it befor they cut it.

    They might crush the flesh too much but I've cut acro corals with that type of tool before. Chances are, once you make one snip, a piece of the coral will snap off so you might not damage it too much?
