Fragging Blastomussa

    Well I recently acquired a a super nice blasto colony. I got the idea to decide to frag it. I researched online about how to do it, and everything I read was intimidating. Everybody was saying its a 50/50 chance on losing the frags. Well what I thought was 5 or 6 nice sized polyps wound up being 5 or 6 nice sized polyps and 12 small ones tucked underneath them!!! So I decided to try and frag one of those off the rock. Well low and behold, my first cut took 2 babies off and half of one the largest polyps!! Everywhere I read said that within a few hours the polyps will turn to brown jelly for unknown reasons, or it will make it. Well I noticed the one that ripped in half, ripped right across its mouth. I left the pieces in the tank to observe them and see how it went. Well everyone is doing excellent now (3 days later) and there is even another baby coming off the partial polyp that ripped off. So now I have 3 pieces of that large polyp, 2 of them on frags, the other still doing awesome with the main colony...
