Frag may have a problem

    One the new frags i just got may have a problem. There is what looks like a white fuzzy thing sticking out and the one polyp is turning white. Do I need to do anything special.

    not sure what it is I would coral dip it though to be safe

    I recently fragged some more zoanthids, looking closely I found that some of the slime from the cuts got into the super glue. Which caused a little stringy white tenticle looking polyp. Did an iodine dip to make sure everything was ok before putting them into my tank.

    What you have doesn't look like the same thing, however if you were to do a dip to make sure there aren't any baddies (fungus and such) inside the polyps it would be a good thing.

    i have the same thing on one of my mushroom frags except it browm what is it
