My green flower pot is dying. It is decaying and looks like it might possibly be melting? Kinda oozing off in to the current. Should i leave it be or remove it? Can any of it be saved?

You need to do a Lugol's Solution dip to stop the bacteria from spreading.

Yeah, but you can go to just about any drug store and ask for Lugol's Solution (Potassium Iodide) and dip it and it will probably live. You want about 40 drops in a gallon of water.
