Floral vs saltwater leds?

    So I've been light shopping and was wondering if you could use an led fixture that says its for plants and flowers for reef too?

    It's probably going to be a much warmer spectrum than reef lighting.

    Do you have a link to what you are looking at? It probably is not the right spectrum.

    It's a completely different spectrum and will not be good for your reef. It will grow algae really good though.
