I just noticed this very flat light pink worm in the tank. Its about 1 inch long by 3/8 of an in wide. Any one see this before? Is it a predator?

I've never seen anything like that and it doesn't look like any red bug (flatworm) I've ever seen. Does it have anything resembling a shell or partial shell? May be the foot of a Stomatella. ??

hmm well sorry I can't help..sure someone will come along that can. In the meantime..if you haven't already maybe you should get it out and isolate it in a glass of tank water to keep it alive just in case it turns out to be a good discovery:)

It's still a polyclad flatworm. Just likely a different species. They are specialist feeders. Some eat bivalves, some eat soft corals, etc. In other words, you want to get rid of it.
