Multiple of my fish appear to have their skin flaking kinda like dry skin.

    What's the problem?

    is she eating ?
how long have you had her?
do she have any tank mates? and if so how do they looking?
is any of the spot on her body red, almost like a blood patch?

right now it look like she has a secondary infection of fungus setting in from a injury.

I've had him for Months now, another Niger shows the same signs. What do you recommend I treat with?

Read up/ have a look at Uronema Disease. IMO IMO I would treat for fungus as that’s what looks to be setting in now. BUT that is not your underline cause, just what is setting in right now

And the most important of them all, is you need to get on your husbandry. Your tank is looking really bad from the picture. Look into a CUC for your tank size on the site below.
