fish problem!!

hey guys i have 2 damsels in my tank and i want to know whats the best way to take them out cuz they keep attacking my 2 moron clowns and neon goby! The problem is that there to fast to catch and hide in the rocks!

 

Try the food in a plastic containter.

cut the top off a two liter and tie some string to the top, place some food in it, when they swim in pull the line so the bottle moves upwards and bam! you got your self some fishys!

 

+1 good idea. they also sell fish traps. never used them, but an option. I would try what ocean paradise suggests.

Also, it's not nice to call your clowns morons. They are probably pretty smart for fish. Besides, what would they think if they saw you posting about them like that?

Ok, soda up the nose time from laughing so hard....I saw it right after he posted, I just couldnt stop giggling long enough to post!

Also I think a really tiny spear gun will work for the devil damsels!

Seriously, we had 2 in our tank and ended up having to tear almost all of the rock down to get them and then one was literally in the crevice of a rock - took the rock out of the tank to get him.....

 

theres actually a thread on reef 2 reef of how a guy made a tiny spear gun and caught like a 7 inch rabbit fish!
