    Thank you and yes it is a Crocea I had to look it up lol My lawnmower Blenny disturbed it last night so it clamped close but im sure he wont do that again lol

    lawnmower blennys are known to nip at clam mantles.

    possibly, i wanted a lawnmower blenny, they are cute. but i knew i wanted clams. so no blenny for me :( all fish have their own personality. i hope your blenny stops picking at the clam
