Feeding

I have 3 discus in my tank. How often should I feed them ? How much each time ?

 

I have 2 Discus that are about 5 inches from head to tail

there are other small fish in the tank (Neons x 6 and platties x 2)

I feed 1 full cube of bloodworm or 1 block of FD Tubifex each day

I'd like to add a few smaller fish to my tank too, especially neons. I love the colour they add , but the last time I did, the discus took care of most of them. I also like swords.

I feed mine flakes & granular floating food 3 times daily. ( a small amount each time ) Perhaps that is too much. What do you think ?

 

I dont think its to much ocean surf
provided they dont look seriously bloated in the mid region
and your water quality is OK
Then feeding them small amounts 3 x per day is fine IMO
