    can i feed my salywater fish cooked frozen seafood, or does it have to be all fresh frozen food.? :-/

    I feed mine fresh. Good for your corals too!

    I would think that frozen and cooked=preservatives. I'd stick to fresh, uncooked seafood :)

    As most marine life don't have oven mitts, there is a chance that they may not be able to digest cooked seafood correctly. ;D

    My guess is that by cooking it you may loose some of the valuable nutrients.

    Kirbster (in another forum-site. He's a nice and helpful person.) taught me that fish roe are excellent for corals. I will try it as soon as I buy fresh fish roe (fish eggs!)
