I'm still trying to guage the amount of food I am feeding.
Is 1 cube of Formula I or II a day (sometimes split) 1/2 morn. 1/2 evening enough for my stock. I have a 6" Foxface, 4" Yellow Tang, two 2" Perculas, 1 3" six line, and 4 Yellowtail Damsels.
Everyone looks great and healthy except the Yellow Tang seems a bit skinny. I also feed them spirula flakes on and off, some Hikari pellets, and sometime some Romain on a clip. I also skip a day once and again.

    Try nori for your tang.

I think observation and keeping your parameters in check, that will be your gauge if you are feeding too much.
