emperor angel turning whitish

    it seems my emperor angel is turning white, like on the face, and head area. it almost seems like his color is fading. like bleached.

    he does appear to have little white spots, also, all over him. ich?

    i took some pictures, but you can't really see them, in the shots.

    please help. he is eatting.

    is it possible he is turning from juvenile colours to adult?
    How big is the angel?

    on your pic on ur other thread it just looks like it is in the process of changing colors. I wouldnt be too worried... Is it's diet good? Even if it is ich it will most likely go away as long as there is no problems with its diet and env... maybe stress of changing...puberty is a b@tch

    i was thinking(hoping), that was the case, also. he seems to "twitch" a lot, and kinda lay on his side. he seems to be eating, though, but seems to hide out more then usual.
    don't really know his age, just got him with that other tank about 2 weeks ago.
    he's about 4"

    good luck, maybe the ich is getting to him. feed him alot, and keepo water quality up.

    Could also be marine velvet (dinoflagelettes). Lost a few fish to that thinking it was ich. The treatment is different then with ich. If its twitching and laying on its side, something is wrong with it.
