Editing Thread Titles

Hi all -

I sorted out something that 2in10 and xmetal pointed out to me...

There is a time limit involved in editing thread titles and I have upped it so that you now have up to 2 years to edit a thread title.

How to edit thread title:

1) Hit blue 'edit' button at bottom of 1st post
2) Hit 'go advanced'
3) Change title in title field
4) Hit 'save changes' button

*Abuses will result in suspension of editing privileges*

How to move a thread if you posted on the wrong board:

1) Hit 'thread tools' pulldown at top of 1st post.
2) Select 'move' under 'moderation tools'
3) Select the correct board.

Thanks for pointing that out, there have been several instances where I wanted to edit a thread title but couldn't figure out how to do it. Thanks.

Thanks Matt! I tried to change my title the other day and it wasn't working and I couldn't figure out why. Now I know, and now I can change it for real!
