    I got my refugium and I have to put it together, that I did not know. I cemented it together and tested for leaks and there are some. I don't know how to fix it I can't pull it apart and i don't have enough money to buy a new one. I need help!!!!!!!!

    Who is the manufacturer?

    Is it a HOB or stand alone?

    What is it made of?

    What cement did you use?

    Can you post a picture?

    ecosystem. Its a stand alone. It's made of acrylic and I used the cement it came with. No my digital camera is screwed up.

    Were are the leaks? If they are in the joints can you use some silicon to fix it?

    they are in the joints. can u use silicon to patch the joints up and is that safe for my reef. where would I get some

    can I use just any silicon sealent. I saw this one at Petco it's all-glass aquarium silicon sealent. I don't know if it will work for acrylic or not. It doesn't say online.

    i'm tring some silicon right now. It takes 24 hrs. to set. It should work.

    You need to get the type that is for fish tanks, some types will lech out stuff in to the water.

    i did i got the all-glass silicon sealent for aquariums. Do I have to put the baffles in the refuge will that effect anything if I don't.

    what is better to plumb my refuge PVC pipe or flexible tubing. The flex tube will have less head. what do u think.
