    Ahhh I see. I can understand that. Sadly most of the vegans I see are upset hippys that don't really know what they're doing and end up malnourishing themselves.

    Hey Seano, sounds cool, im wondering if you've ever heard of quinoa? Would you be allowed to eat that in your diet?

    Yes, I've had it a few times. Great food to eat, it's a complete protein. I'm pretty sure Quinoa is not considered a grain, but actually a seed (IIRC). So it would be acceptable in to a paleo. It pretty good too. :) Let me double check that for you.

    We don't have a Whole Foods, Sams Club, or Trader Joe's near by, so it's not quite as easy to find some of this stuff (ie quinoa).
