Earliest You Introduced a clam

whats the earliest everyone here has introduced a clam to their tank...i introduced a crocea to my 3 month old tank about 2 years ago and its doing great...

I know i want one. just waiting for the perfect water parms first and a good deal. my tank is 11 years old, but only reef for 9 months.

 

3 months.. a 3" crocea.. he is still doing great and has shown about 1/4" growth since purchase

 

I introduced one after about 3 months, but lost it due to high nitrate levels.

 

by no choice of mine. i put a crocea in abiout 2 months after cycle finished. its done very well.

 

I introduced a 4" crocea about 1.5 months after my tank was born. Has grown to 5" and is doing great.

 

9 months for a maxima

 

at around the 1 month marker, Still here a month later doing great. (Crocea + maxima)

 

with my first fish 2 weeks after cycle, crocea, still doing great at 5 mo.
