DOA - How long does it take for Reefs2go to contact?

    Hi all - This is my first order from reefs2go and I had a cleaner shrimp that arrived DOA. I followed all directions in the box on how to contact them about the DOA and I have yet to hear from anyone.

    For those of you with experience with this sort of thing with this company can you tell me how long it usually takes for them to respond? Before I placed this order I had emailed them to get their opinion on a customized CUC and I never got a response. :eek:

    So just curious :-/

    YES and thank you so much for checking! Sorry it took me so long to get back with you. Just made my 2nd order yesterday and it should be delivered tomorrow. So excited!! ;D
