    Just so you know, 250 watts of T-5 puts out the same amount of heat as 250 watts of MH it's just dispersed over a larger area. A chiller may still be required. This is one misconception that people have about t-5's that they run cooler than MH.

    I use an Aquamedic 1/2 hp its great tank never goes over 78 degrees and its super quiet and stays in one place a friend had a no name 1/4 hp that walked around everywhere when it came on and if you were in his basement it sounded like the ceiling was coming down
