I had the following setup in my T5 setup...
    1 x 54W 6500K Daylight T5 HO Fluorescent (GE0005) by General Electric
    4 x 54W Blue Plus T5 HO Fluorescent (ATI1113) by ATI
    1 x 54W Purple Plus T5 HO Fluorescent (ATI1129) by ATI

I just replaced all six but got 4 x 54W Giesemann Powerchrome AquaBlue+ T5 bulbs to replace the 4 Blue Plus ATI's

now I'm thinking I do not have enough blue...

would it be best to get the 4 Blue Plus again...
have have a couple LPS and soft corals...

Compared to your old mix yes. The bulb has about the same look as the ATI Aquablue Special.

Blue is for you.... Do you like the look? With proper acclimation, corals can adapt.

How does the 6500k benefit? I thought that spectrum encourages algae growth....

I used 4 giesemann aquablue bulbs in a 6 bulb fixture and ended up with decent growth, but started to brown out a lot of my coral. You might get a different result. The best thing about t5's is being able to swap a bulb or two and try a different look.

I'd use the aquablue or the GE bulb interchangeably and continue to use 4 ati blue+ and the 1 purple+.

Nutrients encourage algae grows. Light may favorite over another. In the past though, I've run 6500k without algae issues. If your nutrients are under control, it shouldn't really matter...
