    FYI 11.8 dKH = approx 4.2 meq/l which is quite good :)

Actually I think that the Calcium levels are a bit high. If you are adding suppliments I would just stop for a while and see if the Calcium depletes.

    tresguey,

540 is not way to high :)

I would just let it come down by itself and maintain it at around the 400-450 mark.

Have you done water changes during this time and if so, what brand of salt did you use?

Try testing your freshly mixed saltwater before you add to the tank and see what you get. :D

actually i do a 10 gallon water change every monday with premix from my lfs. i thought i should trust them so i only run a salinity test on it. but that is a good idea, i will run a complete test this monday on there salt water. is that dhk so high it is harmful? i really dont wanna lose any of my stock. i dont know if any of the other reefers out there feel the same as i do, but i feel there kind of part of my family. and no one wants there family in ill health. so any help will be greatful!!!!!
