    As I promise here is a little update of my new project, hopefully I will find a little time here and there to finish it

    Thats my concern also, unless its not finished yet. Take a look at my set up.

    Your gonna have a problem from the first wall, you left like 4"-6" open on the bottom and the last wall dictates the hieght of the refug. Luna

    Thanks for the advice though, I wish i didn't have to build my own, but it was the only way i can afford it, the worst part is cutting the plexiglass

    really hard to say...lmao I have been installing fences lately and when I get home from work after I shower i fall asleep in front of my pc...lol

    That looks awesome man! Well laid plans, I need a new refugium and I was thinking of doing something similar to this.

    What type of lighting are you planning on using over the refugium?

    Thanks for the complements!!! I made the tower part a little over sized for the bio-balls and the floss filter stuff, but it don't need to be that big if you aren't planning to use the balls, I have the bio-spheres that are made out of some kinda porous rock, and also plastic approximately 2gal or better.

    the lighting!?! probably any fluorescent that will fit over the top, I have some fw fixtures that are bout 15w ea. so i be trying to put the 2 over it, which will give me 30w, now of what spectrum!? I haven't decided yet.
