    7oz Krill
    3.5oz Brine shrimp
    3.5oz Mysis shrimp
    1/4 bottle of selcon

    Steps
    1)thaw
    2)mix
    3)fill ziplock bang and press flat
    4)freeze
    5)feed

    I find this to be the best food for inverts cause of the krill's high iodine to help with molting and the Brine shrimps high pigment to give nice color and cause of the mysis shrimps high nutritional value. Also selcon helps everything.
