DIY Internal Overflow Box Help

    No worries, I just thought I'd throw the thread out so you could browse through it.
    My main concerd is with the 90° facing upward. Although it will work, noise might be an issue as well as a possible plug up.
    BeanAnimal seemed overcomplicated to me too, however I finally got the opportunity to test mine out and it is engineered to work good. I just have some small bubbles in the sump (due to the overflow water entering the sump water, not related to the BA system) that i need to contain better.
    There are also some good durso style overflows that are designed to keep water noise down. Otty uses them on his 265g (sorry not exactly sure which page), and VeeDubShafer is building some too.
