Distiled water from air-con

    I was just curious. I have three large heat pumps in my house, the area where the condenstion comes out is always really wet. This is condensed vapor and hense is distiled water right?

    Has anyone ever considered/hooked up this as their top up? I know it woudl only work during the summer months but still?

    This definitely would be distilled water, but I wouldn't use it for an aquarium system because the coil that it condenses on is made of copper with aluminum fins:eek:
