    You are both right, it is illegal to hunt sharks. It's a matter of supply and demand.

    I believe that ban only applies to parts of the Atlantic ocean.

    About time someone had the balls to do it. Im sorry but the Japanese are the worst contrutors to the loss of many animals such as sharks,bears,tigers etc etc.

    Well in this case it was the Chinese but I hear what you are saying. THere seems to be a lot of killing going on for perceived strength and sexual prowess.

    Really though, every nation could do A LOT better at conservation.
