I think my Dinos are slowly going away.
About the only thing I've changed is raised the alk about 1-1.5 points. Change filter socks every two days. Doubled up on GFO and Carbon.
I am doing my top off by blasting some fresh water in problem spots. I have not tested NO3 or PO4 this week.
Question for Dino survivers. Problem is... I am getting the clear brown type hair algae. Kind of a fuzz and some hair. It's too mall to see in a picture. Is that a part of the dinos? The brown slime part is mostly gone but still a trace in a few spots. Most of my snails died with the brown slime. Any one know if Mexican turbos will eat this clear hair algae? I can't tell if the other snails are eating it or not. Really annoying hair algae because it shows up on the glass every day too.
