Difference between one and only saltwater and reef?

    This may be a stupid question, but is there a big difference between one and only reef vs saltwater? Is one better than the other overall? I'm going to be starting a FOWLR with reef fish, but may eventually turn it into a reef later on. Thanks in advance.

    Is one and only a product name? Some products have a different mix and quantity of minerals and trace elements.

    There is no difference between One & Only Saltwater and One & Only Reef - some stores/customers want a 'reef' product that is labelled accordingly.
