    Here is a pic of my Devils Hand, not sure why it is having the section stretch and turn white. I have had it for about 8months and it has never done this before. I have had little pieces fall off, but nothing this large. Any ideas what is up?? Thanks! Salinity and Lighting appear to be ok.

    ph ok
    alkalinty has been running low, trying to correct,
    Nitrates ok


    what else do you need to know?

    I've had my water tested at lfs and the only issue I have had is low alkalinity.

    What is "ok"? What is "a little low"? Either of those could cause bleaching. What is the temp? Flow? Ca? MG?
    Your salinity is low too. For a reef aim for about 1.025
