Wouldn't it be easier/cheaper to just find out the source of your nitrate issues and then take care of it? Like maybe less feeding, upping your water changes. What are your nitrates reading anyways?

35-50. its due to death of many snails. though i removed them, still the nitrates dont go down. i just have 2 chromis and i feed them in such a way that they eat all. i just have softies and are doing great. if i add a clown, it dies within 24hrs. i changed 100% water in 3 days, 5th day i tested, the nitrates were again the same. i have a skimmer and an HOB. my plan is to trash this tank and go for a brand new tank as iv made many mistakes in this tank. so was just trying if u could test this method on the current tank. my tank is like 2yrs old.

Sulpher Denitrators work fast. Most will use them for a period of time, then remove them until its needed again.
Not sure if you can use that Phosban Reactor for Sulpher or not, from what I understand, you have to have a relief valve on top of unit to release gas that builds up in there.
