John how well will the MF121 work in sumps that have deeper than 9" water. I have a CPR aquatics cyclone which has their own design of a 6" diameter skimmer which runs a Venturi pump. This is sump is designed with a water level greater than 12" deep. So I'm interested in knowing if I can operate this skimmer in what I ave since I've read that it requires 9-10".

John also would you recommend the MF121 for a 90 gallon tank

I'd be interested in a 121 depending what the tank size/bioload rating is.

You can always make a stand. Pretty easy with 4 PVC joints and eight pieces of PVC.

Keep in mind when John tells you the rating that he doesn't fluff rate his like every other manufacturer. These are basically skimz skimmers with a more efficient bubble plate but they are rated way under the skimz despite the improved bubble plate because John actually puts the tank you would want it on as the rating.
John rates it at 80gallons and Skimz up to 200 gallons on a MF121 lol.
