dead torch head

    well its me again. looks like the 1 head on my torch is dead. only the skeleton discs left. other head is doing fine. question is, do i leave the dead head or should it be lopped off? and in doing that , will it harm the good one . and if left , wil lthe dead part cause params to go out of whack. thnx
