    :confused:hello I have these 2 clams for a month now there doing great. i've been noticing these strans of bubbles around the base of the shell.Any ideas? Sorry no pictures lost camera

    That is nothing, as I have the same process play out with all three of mine. It is nothing and probably just dissolved oxygen geing given off by the clams host zooxanthellae. Also their mantle is a mucussy/slimmy part of its body and trapped air bubbles commonly get trapped under its mantle that gets released periodically.
