    I could only imagine corraline algae on it and having to clean it every day with a mag cleaner. My arms are already tired

    How nice would that be when a fish gets stuck in the tube, or dies???!!!!
    Kind of a nice concept though... Yeah it is inevitable that within a few months you will get algae in the tank and tubes.

    How could there be any flow? And what happens if the tanks get down below the tubes water line?
    Can you say air bubble and water all over the place ;D

    I saw that on a TV show...somewhere... He uses a magnet cleaner. They said one time the pipe broke and flooded the house! But now its pretty fool-proof.
